Kristian Bäck is the founder of Bäck Management. With a well-established sports background, he is familiar with the sports industry, particularly within track & field. He has a genuine passion for sport and is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential, while contributing to the development of the industry through data-driven and innovative solutions.
